Yousuf Khan

I am a group leader at Stanford Bioscience and distinguished fellow in the School of Medicine. My lab is dedicated to understanding the fundamental principles of RNA biology through an interdisciplinary approach. Our research combines Biochemistry, Structural Biology (CryoEM/ET), and Machine Learning to unravel how RNAs fold, interact with proteins, and exert their effects in cells.
